We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon in our service contracts. All services are performed by trained, insured professionals.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee.
Pure House is fully insured and bonded. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-cleaning or the service fee, whichever is less.

Customers are responsible for providing access to the property, securing valuable items, and informing us of any special requirements or areas of concern.
We stand behind our work with a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll return to address any concerns at no additional charge.

While rare, if damage occurs during our service, we will repair or replace the item up to its fair market value, subject to our insurance policy terms.

Pure House shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseeable events.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are provided. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
